Jose Antonio Torres appears to be a creepy Florida man. It's not just his book in photo. Its the allegations against him that paint a nasty picture. At the age of 23, Torres was allegedly caught having sex with his 14-year-old girlfriend. The teens father apparently discovered Torres in bed with his daughter and began punching him. A bleeding and naked Torres apparently fled the girl's home on a bicycle. He was caught by Altamonte Springs police officers "traveling from behind a closed business on a bicycle...the male suspect appeared to be nude." (Police Report.)
If the image of a 23 year old with a 14 year old girl was not bad enough, Smoking Gun photos show a naked Torres and the bike on someones front lawn. Torres was charged with felony sexual battery and booked into the Seminole County jail. Bond is $25,000 for anyone interested in bailing him out. In the meantime, keep in mind Torres is Innocent unless proven otherwise in a court of law.
Update 3-23-10: Torres may not be the only one who is poor at guessing ages. Terry Ray, a former boxer, has been arrested for kissing a 14 year old girl at his home during a party. Apparently, under aged minors were drinking at the party. Ray, 46, is a prison guard at the federal penitentiary in Terre Haute. Bond was set at $3,000. Keep in mind, all suspects are innocent unless otherwise proven in a court of law.

Terry Ray case is alarming if he allowed underage kids to drink in his home.
In June, the judge denied a motion to dismiss the sexual assbattery charge arising out of allegedly french kissing a 14-year-old girl at his home.
Suppose to go to trial in October but it was continued by the defendant until March of 2011.
