Famous for a love affair that turned violent on Long Island a decade ago, Joey Buttafuco, was recently released from jail after serving three months for illegal possession of ammunition. He was on probation for felony insurance fraud. Buttafuoco was running a body shop in 1992 when his 17-year-old lover, Amy Fisher, shot his wife. Fisher, the "Long Island Lolita," served seven years in prison. Buttafuoco served four months. His wife, Mary Jo, recovered and the couple remained together for several years until their divorce.Update; 5--23-07 Have Joey and Amy been reunited on Larry King?

Jail will do that to you. Joey Butta bing butta bang (Saturday night live sketch) was about as sleazy as they come. He really looks hard like the life he has chosen to live.

Joey B. is a scum bag loser. He statutoriy raped a minor and got her to do his dirty work. A real man would have simply got a divorce. Not Joey...

Will they get a reality sit com? If so, I bet millions would watch out of curiosity. I believe Amy has two children now. It could be a real life Peyton Place or Brady Bunch depending upon the format.

The little that I know:
Mary Jo was his first wife and has moved on with her life since divorcing him in 2003; she was on Inside Edition tonight with her new boyfriend and is extremely happy.
Joey's latest wife apparently filed divorce about a year ago perhaps because she thought he was hooking up with Amy or perhaps because she apparently had a boyfriend. They had apparently been having problems for some time, which they acknowledged on Entertainment Tonight a little over a year ago when he was in jail on gun charges (January - April '07).
I assume Joey is back on the market by now.
