Anna Nicole Smith R.I.P.
She is now laid to rest. Like M.M. before her, her candle burned out long before her legend ever will. R.I. P.
Court Orders Smith Baby Paternity Test By JESSICA ROBERTSON AP NASSAU, Bahamas (March 21) - A Bahamian judge ordered a DNA test Tuesday on Anna Nicole Smith 's infant daughter to identify the girl's father, an attorney for the baby's grandmother said, the latest chapter in a bitter custody feud sparked by the pinup's death last month.

As a divorce lawyer, I feel confident in saying that she is dead; however, I will defer to any probate lawyer in the house.

The attorney was not the father and all is well that ends well.
